How Leadbot came to be
Leadbot came from a very concrete observation. Working with startups, studios, clinics and service businesses we saw that the biggest losses don't come from lack of ads or a weak product — they come from the business not keeping up with answering calls, calling leads back and running repetitive conversations.
The customer calls at 9pm, on a Saturday, during a treatment, in the middle of another client conversation. An ad lead leaves a number and waits — but before someone calls back, they're already with a competitor. Reception repeats the same answers about prices, hours and location for the hundredth time.
We decided to build a team that, instead of selling an 'off-the-shelf bot', designs the full conversation process: who's calling, why, how AI should respond, when to book, when to hand off to a human and what should be left in the CRM after the call. Today Leadbot rolls out AI voice agents in beauty, healthcare, B2B, education and local services — and makes sure every rollout has a measurable business impact.
